How Our Services Work Together

One evaluation, one plan, every program aligned to it

Families searching for EIDBI or ABA support often end up juggling separate providers for assessment, therapy, and school coordination — each with their own paperwork, schedules, and communication style. Integrity Care Co brings all of it under one roof.
We built our clinic around a single operating principle — consistency. That means the same credentialed clinician wherever possible, a treatment plan built directly from your child’s Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluation, and clear communication that never leaves a family guessing about progress.
Your child’s journey starts with a Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluation, which shapes an Individual Treatment Program. From there, our ABA, speech, and occupational therapists work from that same plan, while our family caregiving and coordinated care conference programs keep everyone — including your child’s school — informed and aligned.

01

CMDE Assessments

A Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluation is where every plan of care begins. Our team assesses your child’s developmental, behavioral, and communication needs to build an accurate picture of where support is needed most, and how services should be structured going forward.
02

ABA Therapy

Applied Behavior Analysis delivered one-on-one by a consistent care team, focused on building communication, social, and daily living skills through structured, evidence-based sessions tailored to your child’s goals and pace.
03

Individual Treatment Programs

Custom-built treatment plans developed directly from your child’s CMDE, mapping specific goals, milestones, and strategies across every therapy your child receives — reviewed and adjusted as progress is made.
04

Speech Therapy

Targeted therapy that strengthens communication, language development, and social interaction, delivered by licensed speech-language pathologists who work in step with your child’s broader treatment plan.
05

Occupational Therapy

Play-based sessions led by licensed occupational therapists that build fine motor skills, sensory processing, and everyday independence, from getting dressed to handling classroom materials with confidence.
06

Family Care Giving

Hands-on coaching and practical strategies that equip parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy techniques at home, so progress made in a session continues through everyday routines.
07

Coordinated Care Conferences

Regular check-ins that bring together families, schools, and outside providers, keeping everyone aligned on your child’s progress, goals, and any adjustments needed to the treatment plan.
02

School Readiness

Structured preparation that builds the routines, social skills, and confidence children need for a smooth transition into a classroom setting, developed alongside your child’s other therapy goals.
How We Build Your Plan

From first evaluation to a plan every provider follows

Every family moves through the same reliable process, so you always know what happens next and why.
01

Evaluate

We review your child’s current CMDE, or complete a new one, to understand exactly what support is needed.
02

Plan

We build an Individual Treatment Program that maps goals across every service your child will receive.
03

Deliver

Your care team delivers ABA, speech, and occupational therapy in-center or at home, based on that plan.
04

Coordinate

Care conferences and family caregiving support keep schools, providers, and your family aligned throughout.
