Individual Treatment Programs

A plan built around your child, not a caseload

Every Individual Treatment Program at Integrity Care Co starts from your child’s CMDE — mapping specific, measurable goals across every therapy they receive, and adjusting as real progress is made.
What Is an ITP?

The single plan every therapist on your child’s team follows

An Individual Treatment Program, or ITP, translates the findings of your child’s Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluation into a working plan — specific goals, target skills, and strategies that guide every session your child attends, whether that’s ABA therapy, speech therapy, or occupational therapy.
Rather than each therapist working from a separate set of notes, everyone on your child’s care team references the same ITP. That means the communication goal your child is working on in speech therapy reinforces the same skill their ABA technician is targeting during a session two days later.
Your ITP isn’t static. As your child meets goals or new needs emerge, our clinical team updates the plan, so it always reflects where your child actually is, not where they were at intake.
What’s Inside Your Child’s Plan

Every ITP is built from the same core components

A strong treatment plan is specific enough to guide real sessions, and flexible enough to grow with your child.
01

Specific Goals

Clear, measurable targets drawn directly from your child’s CMDE results, not a generic goal bank.
02

Teaching Strategies

The specific methods and supports each therapist will use to help your child reach those goals.
03

Timelines & Milestones

Realistic checkpoints that let your family and care team track progress against expected timeframes.
04

Family Priorities

The goals that matter most to your household, weighted alongside clinical recommendations.
05

Progress Measurement

Consistent data collection so progress is tracked with evidence, not just general impressions.
06

Cross-Therapy Coordination

Shared goals across ABA, speech, and occupational therapy, so every session reinforces the others.
How We Build & Review It

A plan that’s reviewed, not just written once

Your child’s ITP is a living document — here’s how it comes together and stays current.
01

Review CMDE Results

Our clinical team translates evaluation findings into draft goals across relevant therapy areas.
02

Incorporate Family Priorities

We meet with parents and caregivers to confirm the goals that matter most for daily life.
03

Finalize & Share the Plan

The completed ITP is shared with every therapist on your child’s team before sessions begin.
04

Review & Adjust

Progress is reviewed on a regular schedule, with updates made as goals are met or needs change.

Keeping everyone aligned on the plan

Coordinated Care Conferences bring families, schools, and outside providers together to review your child’s ITP and stay aligned on progress.
Common Questions

Individual Treatment Programs, answered

How often is my child’s ITP updated?

Plans are reviewed on a regular schedule and updated any time a goal is met or new needs are identified.

Yes. Family priorities are built into every ITP, and you can raise changes with your care team at any time.

Yes — ABA, speech, and occupational therapy all reference the same ITP, so goals reinforce each other across sessions.
