Understanding your coverage, before your first appointment

EIDBI and ABA services are typically covered through Minnesota Health Care Programs or private insurance. Our team verifies your coverage and walks you through the details before your child’s first session.
How Coverage Works

EIDBI is a covered benefit for eligible Minnesota families

Minnesota’s Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) benefit covers CMDE assessments, ABA therapy, and related services for eligible children, primarily through Minnesota Health Care Programs such as Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare. Many private insurance plans also cover ABA therapy and related services under Minnesota’s autism insurance mandate.
Because every family’s coverage looks a little different, we don’t ask you to figure this out alone. Our team verifies your specific plan, explains what’s covered, and lets you know about any costs before your child’s first appointment — so there are no surprises once services begin.
If your family doesn’t have coverage through Medical Assistance or a qualifying private plan, reach out and we’ll walk you through the options available to your household.
