Understanding the CMDE process
A Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluation identifies your child’s developmental, behavioral, and communication needs. It’s the foundation every treatment plan at Integrity Care Co is built from.
Most CMDE evaluations are completed across one or two sessions, depending on your child’s needs and the specific areas being assessed.
We review existing, valid evaluations and move directly into building an Individual Treatment Program, so your family avoids a duplicate assessment.
What to expect from treatment
We prioritize keeping your child with the same credentialed care team wherever possible, across ABA, speech, and occupational therapy, so progress stays consistent.
Yes. Many children receive ABA, speech, and occupational therapy together, all coordinated under one Individual Treatment Program.
Session frequency is set in your child’s treatment plan based on their evaluation results, specific goals, and your family’s schedule.
Understanding coverage and cost
EIDBI services are typically covered through Medical Assistance or MinnesotaCare, and many private insurance plans cover ABA therapy. Our team verifies your specific coverage before your first appointment.
Verification is typically completed within a few business days of receiving your insurance or Medical Assistance information.

Appointments and availability
We primarily provide in-center services, with in-home and telehealth support available for select families based on need and location.
We serve families across Anoka, Hennepin, Ramsey, Washington, Scott, Dakota, and Carver counties in the Twin Cities metro.
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with Saturday appointments available by request.
Your role in your child’s care
Very involved. Family priorities shape every Individual Treatment Program, and our Family Care Giving program coaches you on reinforcing strategies at home.
Yes. You can raise changes with your care team at any time, and goals are formally reviewed on a regular schedule as part of your child’s plan.
